This chart, arranged from a contemporary funk/rock tune in G minor, is wirtten for a standard jazz big band (5,4,4,4) and encompasses a broad range of dynamics as well as a variety of different combinations of instruments. Within the score are numerous saxophone soli sections in addition to several intricate trombone sectional orchestrations. The music blends across one section to the other as the music flows within different sections; trumpets playing with saxophones, saxophones playing with trumpets and so on.
