This Gil Evans vocal arrangement was recorded multiple times by the Claude Thornhill Orchestra. Piano is featured throughout this arrangement as well trumpet, who has an 8 bar solo. We have included a vibraphone part that may be used as an optional alternate to the vocal. Additionally, we have included 5th trumpet and 4th trombone parts that may be used in place of the Horns in F. The reeds double on clarinet and bass clarinet (see below) but this double lasts only 7 measures (at the end of the arrangement). Included are separate staves in each of those reed parts that avoid the double.
