This medium-up tempo swinger , as recorded on the Newyorkestra big band CD 'Urban Soundscape' (Seabreeze Jazz SB-2134) is based on an extended modal blues structure, and features many challenging and exciting ensemble passages. Solos are scored for soprano sax (alto 1 chair)and trumpet, but can easily be opened up for other soloists. Doubles: alto 1:soprano (throughout).
