It is a joyous mix of open-ended motivic melodies accompanied with rhythmic/melodic ostinato. It goes into a half-time burlesque treatment alluding to a well-known standard before proceeding to an extended drum solo in tempo 1. A very cool chart for your extended full jazz ensemble using 10 brass. Tuba is optional for bass trombone 5.
