for Clarinet and Piano. Tale of the Naughty Gypsy was written for a very talented young Slovenian clarinetist, Blaz Sparovec. The composition is technically difficult but humanistic in character. The storyline and thus the interpretation is left to ones imagination, however, the only 'rule' is to have fun playing it. Features some very technical Klezmer-style altissimo sections in addition to a cadenza in which the performer is encouraged to sing and play at the same time!
