Mule was born in Normandy and by the age of 12, hadalready won two first prizes in solo competitions on the saxophone. However, his heart was set on a teaching career and taught at the Paris Conservatoire. He is also the founder of the French Saxophone school. The first volume addresses arpeggios, scales, phrasing, fingering, breath control, dynamics, rhythm, articulation, intervalsand accidentals, among other aspects.
