Beschreibung:
Nearly all of the Strauss family contributed to make Vienna the capital of the waltz, but history will mainly remember Johann Strauss the son as the 'King of the Waltz'. The Emperor waltz was composed in the last years of his life. It has opus number 437 and is the crowning work of a life devoted to the waltz and other compositions generally termed as 'light music'. This arrangement is not the complete version of the waltz. The arranger has selected the most well know themes and tastefully arranged them in this 4 minutes work.
