Iron Rain pays homage to the mystery and the expanse of space through the words of planetary scientist and poet Dr. Sam Illingworth. On some distant planets, temperatures range from very hot to very cold, affecting iron and other metals in a way that causes them to evaporate and then eventually fall back down to the surface. This is a substantial work for SSAA choir that will be excellent for honor choirs and festivals.
