This folksong medley was arranged by Norman Luboff for the Tapiola Choir. The common feature of the three songs is the whimsical lyrics, words and expressions that ultimately have only a nonsense meaning. Thus the name Stuff 'n' Nonsense. This is a highly traditional work, but very ingeniously scored. The challenge for the choir and its conductor is to express the different moods in the first and third songs and to make a contrast towards the sensitivity of the second song.
