Beginning with the stately Rejoice Greatly, the voice parts are simplified and feature an optional solo and flow seamlessly into For Unto Us a Child Is Born. The medley slows into the gentle Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, then builds into a grand finale of Hallelujah. Again, the voice leading has been modified in a few places to allow for more limited ranges, especially the tenor line.
