This is the title selection from the Kim Richmond/Clay Jenkins Ensemble CD. The piano pattern establishes the mood of the piece (even-eigths, but not Rock). The unison melody in soft horns (tpt in Harmon), occasionally joined by bass, spin a moving line. The second section has concerted ensemble in jutting sporadic chords underpinning a drum solo. A wild transition leads to the solo section (a 40-bar repeated section). There is also a large ensemble version of this piece.
