Beschreibung:
In 1936, Oskar Lindberg heard a song at a church service in Gagnef (Dalecarlia). Based on the melody of the song, he wrote an organ piece which he called 'Gammal fäbodpsalm fran Dalarna'. A magnificent melody full of sadness and loss that maybe reflects the experiences of the people in the old peasant culture. Fäbod means a kind of old farm.
