Alf Proysen (1914-1970) was one of Norway's premier authors and singer/songwriters of works for children. In addition to many books and recordings for children, he was also a profiled host of radio-programs made for children.
The lyricist Proysen wrote many songs together with composer Bjarne Amdahl. This song Bolla pinnsvin ('Bolla the Hedgehog') is one of these. It was first released on an Alf Proysen LP record in 1968, and is later recorded by many other Norwegian artists.
