Pieces in this collection were commissioned by Organum Society in Helsinki in 2014. Eight Finnish composers wrote pieces for young organists. This collection contains works from following composers: Markus Fagerudd (Polku ja Pinokkion tanssi), Juhani Haapasalo (Sarja uruille), Maija Hynninen (Keinuen ja Kiipeillen), Timo Kiiskinen (Pisaroita ja laineita), Marzi Nyman (Gotham Waltz), Olli Virtaperko (Kipuajat), Kimmo Hakola (Partia maestoso), and Kalevi Aho (Nyt ylös sieluni ja Päiwä nyt ehtii ehtoollen). Technical level of these pieces range from easy to challenging music institute standard.
