Das Erfolgskonzept Bläserklasse
Eine Bläserklasse ist ein Orchester aus Holz- und Blechbläsern sowie Schlagwerk, das im Klassenverband ein Instrument erlernt. Das Besondere ist der pädagogische Ansatz: Alle Schülerinnen und Schüler beginnen gemeinsam, unabhängig vom gewählten Instrument. Die Literatur ist speziell darauf ausgelegt, von einfachen Melodien schrittweise zu komplexeren Stücken zu führen und dabei systematisch musikalische Grundlagen zu vermitteln. Führende Musikverlage wie de Haske, Hal Leonard oder Rundel haben innovative und motivierende Lehrmethoden entwickelt, deren Notenmaterial perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse von jungen Ensembles zugeschnitten ist.

Für wen sind Bläserklassen geeignet?
Das Konzept der Bläserklasse richtet sich an Schülerinnen und Schüler ohne musikalische Vorkenntnisse. Die Kinder und Jugendliche lernen an allgemeinbildenden Schulen wie Grundschule und Gymnasium. Sie können gleichzeitig dem Lernfortschritt entsprechend im Blasorchester gemeinsam musizieren. Im Musikunterricht werden über mindestens zwei Jahre ein Blas- oder ein Schlaginstrument erlernt. Die Kinder bekommen die Instrumente für diese Zeit leihweise gestellt.
Auch in Jugendblasorchester gewinnt das Konzept der Bläserklasse immer mehr an Bedeutung.
Welche Instrumente spielen in Bläserklassen?
Die am häufigsten verwendeten Instrumente sind Querflöte, Klarinette, Altsaxophon, Tenorsaxophon, Trompete, Posaune, Euphonium/Tenorhorn oder Bariton sowie Tuba. Seltener werden Instrumente wie Oboe, Fagott oder Horn eingesetzt.
