First performance on 13th November 2002 at the St Paul Cathedral, Minnesota, by Jorja Fleezanis (violin), Patricia Rozario (soprano), Tim Krol (baritone), the Minnesota Orchestra and the Minnesota Chorale, conducted by Paul Goodwin.
