Jazz Solos For Bass Vol. 2

We welcome well-known jazz educator/bassist Lou Fischer to the Kendor family of writers with this sequel to the bestselling Lynn Seaton book, Jazz Solos For Bass, Volume 1. This new collection of jazz solos for bass is designed for either acoustic or electric bass playing pizzicato or arco. Ranging in difficulty from grade 1+ to grade 6, each of these 12 solos is based on standard chord changes in a variety of key signatures, tempi, and styles to interest and challenge players. Articulation, dynamics, and slur markings are provided. The solos work equally well with or without a rhythm section, and chord symbols are provided.
