Daniel Godfrey completed this work as a contribution to Boston-based Music for Food, an organization in which Kim Kashkashian - viola professor at the New England Conservatory - and her colleagues volunteer extraordinary, memorable performances in concerts whose proceeds go entirely to combating food insecurity, homelessness and domestic violence.
