transcribed for English horn and orchestra by Stefaan Verdegem with a piano reduction by Jan Huylebroeck. The transcription of the bassoon Concerto KV 191 sounds also on the English horn excellent. One could make a case for this transcription based on the fact that both, bassoon and English horn, have the same fingerings. The score and parts of the original bassoon concerto can be used for performances with orchestra (e.g. Breitkopf & Härtel). For this reason, we do not provide the orchestral material.
