Beschreibung:
The Coronation Mass of March 1779 is said to have been composed for the coronation of an image of the Virgin in the church of Maria Plain near Salzburg, though there is no evidence to support this. In the Gloria - set in C-major -, the four soloists and the chorus alternate freely and there is a strong unity between the outer sections. (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, bass, Choir and Concert Band)
