Reginald Redman was an extremely prolific composer and the founder and conductor of the BBC's West Country Studio Orchestraandthe West Country Singers. In addition to the many light Orchestra pieces, suites and song cycles Redman wrote, he produced numerous arrangements of West Country traditional songs.
